Frequently Asked Questions

See all FAQs →
How do I measure for a replacement SEG graphic?

Give us the model of your frame, or measure the frame's outside width and height. Tell us whether it is backlit, since backlit frames use a different fabric.

Do I need to send you my hardware?

Usually not. Most replacement graphics ship to you ready to install. Retractable banner stands are the main exception, because the graphic is mounted inside the base.

How long does it take?

6 to 7 business days after proof approval, plus shipping. See shipping information for carriers and rates.

What is a silicone edge graphic?

A fabric graphic with a thin silicone strip sewn into its perimeter. The strip presses into a channel in the frame, which holds the fabric tight with no visible fasteners.
