Shipping policy

All packages will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or freight unless otherwise noted. We do our best to assure our customers receive the lowest possible rates and packages ship as compactly as possible.

All shipments are sent with SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address that is provided on the online order.

Delivery dates are estimates. Stated turnaround times begin after proof approval and payment, and do not include shipping time. Tell us your event date when you order.

Inspect your order on arrival. Report shipping damage to us promptly so we can help with a carrier claim, and tell us within 72 hours of delivery if you received the wrong product or parts are missing.
