Tradeshowdirect stands behind the craftsmanship of all the products we offer. All of the products we sell carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies by product and is listed on each individual product page. Please call 540-438-9933 if your product is defective and we will begin the warranty claim process.

Limitations

Tradeshowdirect does not pay for return shipping for products that are sent back to us or the manufacturer for repair/replacement. Tradeshowdirect is not liable for damage caused by improper storage, inappropriate shipping methods, or damages caused in shipping transit. If you are unsure how to store or ship your products, please contact us.
