Amazing end product and customer service
The people that work here are SO helpful. This was my first trade show and I called them more times than I can count and they walked me through the whole process. My booth showed up at the exact right time and date. My graphic designer said that their templates are extremely easy to use. I really appreciate the team over here and would suggest them to anyone looking for a booth.
ExpoLinc Fabric System Kit 10ft Display →Well built and well designed.
I saw this Kiosk being used by another company at a trade show. They loved it. I bought one to try it out, and we are ordering 3 more based on our great experience with it.
MultiMedia Twist Kiosk →Excellent Customer Service
I order a table top display that needed to arrive within a certain window at a hotel. My sales manager, Dylan contacted me directly to inform me that he will hold on shipping to ensure it arrived within the allotted window. He followed up with tracking numbers, and delivery status. It was a stress free experience, and I would absolutely order with them again!
Breeze Display Graphic Panel - Large →Great Customer Service
We have ordered several of the EcoTube displays and even more of the graphic covers. I have had some pretty tight timelines and the team has always come through. The fabric covers are vibrant and showcase my designs perfectly!
EcoTube 10ft Curved Replacement Graphic →Awesome - thank you
Backdrop came out incredible. Super clear and Ken was SO helpful at helping me redesign, perfect my design and help format my file (which I had no clue how to do) to make it come out exactly how I wanted. He even gave me a suggestion to save a little money and get just as good of a display as I was originally looking at. Who does that? That's awesome. Working on ordering a replacement graphic right now. Will continue to order anytime we need a new graphic or entire display. When the lights hit the backdrop, even in a lit up room, it really shines. Very cool. Thank you so much
Backlit 10ft Hopup Display →Great Banner Stand, Excellent Service
We've ordered quite a few retractable banners from tradeshowdirect at this point, and are very happy with the consistent good quality products and fast service. Delivery is always very timely, usually sooner than expected and the stands look great and last several years (and by then our clients usually want a new design anyway).
