Each banner stand includes a padded carry bag. For frequent shipping, add a hard case like the Slip n' Ship Banner Stand Case, which holds up to three smaller stands such as the Associate or Penta, or one larger stand.

Banner stand graphics are printed on a matte film. It's fade resistant, tear resistant, resists edge curling and is easy to clean. Because it rolls into the base, it stays flat and wrinkle-free.

For most models, ship the stand to us at Tradeshowdirect, 794 North Main St., Harrisonburg, VA 22802 and order a replacement banner stand graphic; we'll attach the new graphic and ship it back. Stands with a removable cassette, like the Advance, can use a replacement cassette with a new graphic.

Our retractable banner stands are designed for indoor use; wind can easily tip them over outside. For outdoor events, consider our tents and outdoor displays.

The graphic is stored rolled up inside the base. You set the base down, insert the pole, pull the graphic up and hook it to the top of the pole. Spring tension rolls it back into the base when you are done.
