Frequently Asked Questions

See all FAQs →
Do I need to send you my hardware?

Usually not. Most replacement graphics ship to you ready to install. Retractable banner stands are the main exception, because the graphic is mounted inside the base.

How should I set up my artwork?

Start with our design templates and file setup instructions, then send your files through the upload art page.

How long does it take?

6 to 7 business days after proof approval, plus shipping. See shipping information for carriers and rates.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes. Our designers check your art against the requirements for your product and send a PDF proof for your approval before production begins.
