Frequently Asked Questions

See all FAQs →
Is a shipping case included?

Yes. The base price includes an OCX hard shipping case. Packed in the case it ships at about 88 lb.

What do I need at the booth to light it?

The LED light bars plug into a standard outlet, so order booth electrical from your show.

How much power do backlit displays need?

Our backlit displays use energy-efficient LED lighting and plug into a standard wall outlet. Order booth electrical service from your show, and bring a power strip and extension cord to run behind your backwall. If you're also powering monitors or other equipment, order a larger circuit.

What's the warranty?

Lifetime against manufacturing defects on the frame, and one year on the LED lights. See our warranty information for how claims work.

How is the graphic made?

One seamless fabric graphic wraps the front and endcaps (149" wide total), with a light-diffusing backer behind it so the lighting looks even.

How should I design artwork for a backlit display?

Bright, high-contrast colors look best when backlit. Avoid large areas of solid white or solid black. Backlit graphics are printed on special light-diffusing fabric.
