Replacement trade show graphics let you update your message without buying a new display. If the frame, counter or banner stand you own is still in good shape, a new graphic is the least expensive way to rebrand, launch a product or refresh a worn booth. The key is ordering a graphic that matches your exact hardware. This guide covers the three replacement graphics our customers order most, how each is made, and what to have ready before you order.

Why replace the graphic and keep the display?

• It costs less. The hardware is the larger part of what you paid for. A new graphic reuses it.
• Your message changes faster than your hardware wears out. New logo, new product, new tagline: all are graphic changes.
• One display, several shows. Keep a graphic for each audience and swap them on the same frame.
• Damage happens. A scratched panel or stained fabric can be replaced on its own.

Best for: rebranding a Twist counter, kiosk or pedestal you already own.

Replacement panels for Twist counters, kiosks and pedestals are printed on 1/8" PVC plastic using a UV direct flatbed printer. The ink is cured by ultraviolet lamps, which makes the panel scratch resistant, fade resistant and easy to clean. To make sure the size is right, send us either your current panel sizes or the exact model of Twist product you have.

Xpressions Graphic Skin, 1 x 1

Best for: changing one or more skins on an Xpressions pop-up display.

Xpressions displays use separate fabric skins that stretch across sections of a pop-up frame, so you can replace a single skin without redoing the whole display. The skins are printed on a spandex-like fabric by dye-sublimation, which makes the print permanent. They can be machine washed and dried, and the colors stay as bright as the day they were printed.

EcoTube 10 ft Straight Replacement Graphic

Best for: a new look for an EcoTube 10 ft Straight display.

This dye-sublimated graphic is made specifically for the frame of the EcoTube 10 ft Straight Tension Fabric Display. It uses fabric manufactured from recycled textiles, slides over the frame like a pillowcase and is secured at the bottom with a heavy duty zipper. Because it is cut for this frame, it will not fit other tube displays. For other frames, call us.

What to check before you order

The exact display you own

Find the brand and model name, and the order or invoice if you have it. Graphics are cut to fit one frame, and a graphic for a similar looking display often will not fit.

Measurements

If you do not know the model, measure. For a panel, measure the old panel's width and height. For a banner stand, measure the visible graphic and the stand's width.

How the graphic attaches

Note whether it is a rigid panel, a pillowcase with a zipper, a fabric skin, a silicone edge (SEG) graphic or a banner on a roller. This tells us how the new one must be finished.

Artwork

Each listing gives a file size that includes bleed. You can send print ready artwork or use our design services. You will receive a proof to approve before anything is printed.

Lead time

Turnaround starts when you approve your proof, and ranges from 3 to 7 business days for the graphics in this guide, plus shipping time.

Often, yes. We can replace the graphic on most banner stands, including ones we do not sell. For other displays, call us with the model or the measurements.

Can fabric graphics be washed?
