10x10 Fabric System Display Buyer's Guide

The ExpoLinc Fabric System is a 10 ft fabric backwall whose height and width you can change. It combines the smooth lines of a silicone edge (SEG) frame with the adjustable height of a retractable banner stand, so one set of hardware can fit a low ceiling at one show and stand 114" tall at the next. This guide compares the three ways we sell it, as a backwall alone, with a monitor stand, or as a complete 10 x 10 booth kit, and explains what to check before you buy.

Why choose the Fabric System?

• Adjustable height. Telescoping poles set the height anywhere from 45" to 114".
• Adjustable width and shape. Top and bottom profiles come straight or curved, and you can add hardware later for a wider wall, curves or angled corners.
• One graphic, several spaces. In a smaller space, a larger graphic can wrap around to the back of the frame.
• Easy setup. The fabric is attached at working height and then raised, and the soft bag has a labeled compartment for each hardware piece.

A silicone edge graphic fits into top and bottom framing hardware called profiles, which are available straight or curved. Adjustable poles let you change the height up to 114". Your choice of profiles and pole placement sets the width and height of the wall, and you can add hardware later to make it wider or add curves and angled corners. A soft carry bag with labeled compartments for each hardware piece is included.

Best for: adding a screen to your backwall.

This package pairs the Fabric System with our Twist Pop-Up Monitor Stand, which weighs only 23 lb and assembles in about five minutes. The stand can go in front of the backwall, where its panel adds graphic space, or behind it, which hides the hardware and makes the monitor appear to float. Monitor stand graphics are printed on 3mm Sintra, a lightweight and durable plastic sheet that resists UV and moisture.

ExpoLinc Fabric System Kit 10 ft Display

Best for: a complete 10 x 10 booth in two cases.

The kit adds a Twist Pop-Up Monitor Stand and a Twist Mini Reception Desk to the Fabric System backwall, filling a 10 x 10 space without making it feel crowded. The Mini Reception Desk has the impact of a larger reception desk with a smaller footprint. The kit includes one printed panel for the monitor stand and all three front printed panels for the desk. Everything ships in two XD Flat Shipping Cases, which are included: the desk and monitor stand travel together in one, and the Fabric System in the other.

What to check before you buy

Ceiling and booth height limits

Check the height limit for your booth type in the exhibitor manual. The Fabric System's telescoping poles let you set the wall to that limit, from 45" up to 114".

How often your space changes

If every show is a 10 x 10, a fixed-size display may be all you need. See our tension fabric display buyer's guide for those. The Fabric System earns its place when your booth size, shape or ceiling height varies.

Backwall only, or a full booth

Decide whether you already have a counter and a monitor stand. If not, the kit supplies both and ships them in the same style of case.

Shipping

The backwall on its own travels in a soft bag. If it will ship by carrier often, the kit's XD Flat Shipping Cases give it hard-case protection. Our shipping case buyer's guide explains the difference.

Lead time

All three ship 6 to 7 business days after you approve your graphic proof, plus shipping time.
