Accepted File Formats:

Illustrator and (CMYK) JPG files are our preferred file formats.

We DO NOT accept PSD or PDFs.

Max File Size = 1,000 MB

***IMPORTANT***

When sending Illustrator (AI) files, PACKAGE them first so all fonts and links are included. Upload the entire packaged folder.

Proofing:

Once we receive your files, our design team will review them to assure they are setup properly before sending you a digital PDF proof.

Please note:

  • First Round of Digital Proof(s): FREE
  • If Necessary, Each Additional Round of Digital Proof(s): $30
  • Hard Copy Proof: $50 each + Shipping
  • Digital proofs are for layout purposes only. They are not an accurate representation of color or resolution.
  • Color output is not guaranteed. To assist with color accuracy please provide PMS values when available.
  • When precise color matching is essential we strongly recommend purchasing a test print.
  • We do not check for spelling or grammatical errors.
