My former vendor had poor customer service. My former vendor told me how they couldn't help me place an order because of some glitch in their system.
My former vendor is, well, former.
Fortunately I stumbled on Tradeshowdirect's website and I called them. Not only was my customer service agent friendly and helpful, the product looks great and fits our popup frame like a glove - for the same price as FORMER vendor quoted us.
p.s. we have a small QR code (1.25"x1.25") printed on our display and it scans just fine even on the fabric print.
