The Advance Banner Stand Cassette is a great addition to your Advanced Banner Stand. The cassette snaps easily into place inside the Advanced Banner Stand hardware base.

Graphics Info

All of our banners are printed on a polyester/vinyl fabric that resists curling. It prevents see-through, it is weather resistant, fade resistant, and cleanable. We print in-house using a CMYK inkjet printer. Want to change out your graphic in the future? No problem, just ship back the hardware and switch it out for you.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

Immediately upon receiving shipments, please verify items shipped against the packing list to ensure accuracy. If you suspect that your delivery is incorrect or missing parts, please contact us immediately so we can contact the manufacturer.

Shipping Damage:

The arrival of a product damaged in shipping is a 'non-warranty issue' and claims must be filed/reported to the manufacturer within a maximum of 3 business days of receiving the product. When submitting a shipping damage claim, digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container and/or product. (Please be sure to sign for packages as 'damaged'.) Upon authorization to return the damage product, all returns must be made to us so we can contact the manufacturer within two weeks of delivery.

Standard Warranty:

Should you have a problem with a product within its given warranty period please contact us so we can contact the manufacturers' Customer Returns Department or provide information to you so you can contact them. If we have you contact the Customer Returns Department they will ask you 'standard questions' to determine the nature of the product failure and to establish the level of solution. Upon authorization to return the problem product, all returns must be made to the manufacturer within 2 weeks of RMA.

Tradeshowdirect will do its best to help our customers get repairs and/or replacements for their products(s) that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty for the product(s) purchased from Tradeshowdirect. Call Tradeshowdirect at 1.800.605.6179 if your product(s) is defective or damaged. We will work with you or get the information you need to contact the manufacturer to get your product(s) replaced or repaired. Tradeshowdirect does not pay for return shipping for product(s) that are sent back to us or the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement.
